Teresa Ruiz Pedersen is a Certified Personal Coach and the founder of International Family Coaching, an organization dedicated to strengthening emotional communication within bicultural families and couples.
Her work is rooted in a deep conviction: family peace is built through dialogue, understanding, and conscious love.
Teresa lived in Denmark from 2006 to 2020, where she began her path as a coach and obtained her professional certification in 2011. Since then, she has accompanied Latin American women and couples through processes of emotional transformation—helping them heal wounds, communicate clearly, and rebuild their self-esteem.
Throughout her career, she has developed three unique methodologies —Don’t Fight, Just Talk, How to Get “I Do” Without Asking, and Love Between Two Cultures— designed to prevent emotional violence, divorce, and family disconnection.
Her approach combines emotional intelligence, family values, and conscious communication.
In 2018, she published her book ¿Vestida de Novia? (Dressed as a Bride?), a work that explores the emotional impact of modern sexual freedom and the importance of choosing from emotional maturity and self-love.
Today, from the United States, Teresa continues to guide women, couples, and families to build relationships based on peace, harmony, and mutual respect.
Her life philosophy can be summed up in her motto:
“Educate emotionally to decide, choose, and live as a couple—building families of peace, love, and harmony.”
Support Based on Experience, Research, and Social Commitment

Version 1.0.0
With more than a decade of experience in family coaching, Teresa Ruiz Pedersen has witnessed how unmanaged emotional issues can deeply affect family life, often leading to sadness, breakups, and unnecessary conflict.
Her research focuses on the effects of lacking emotional intelligence when choosing a partner, and how the sexual revolution has impacted the emotional stability of thousands of adolescents and adults.
According to her studies, nearly 70% of medical consultations for depression or anxiety correspond to women—many of them struggling with unresolved emotional wounds.
All these findings are gathered in her book ¿Vestida de Novia? (Dressed as a Bride?), a work that analyzes the roots of emotional pain and proposes a path toward emotional maturity, healthy communication, and the building of peaceful families.
Its second edition, available in English and Spanish, will be published in early 2026.
